Winter Weekend

We had a fun winter weekend at home these last 2 days. It was so nice to not have to do anything or go anywhere...not that we didn't do anything or go anywhere...just not having to makes it all the better. Saturday was spent doing errands at home in the morning along with a family (2 cart) trip to the grocery store. In the afternoon my Mom, Grandma, and Aunt Debbie drove down from the UP for a fun day visit. Ellie and Emmit both enjoyed all the extra attention!

The kids were both napping when everyone got here, but it didn't take long for them to wake up.

Grandma was giving Ellie chocolates.



Ellie has thing now where she always wants to see her picture on the camera, but she doesn't hold long enough for you to even take the picture half the time. Here's a cute picture even though it's kind of a blur. She liked her sparkly Hello Kitty shirt.

After waking up, it was time to play outside. Aunt Debbie and Colin were pulling Ellie around in the tube. She just laid there like a little princess on her tube!
